That message would be tailored to the data they find.


"FYI one person that attended the protests in Richmond tested positive" is a different message than "FYI - ten people that were outside the CVS on Tuesday evening tested positive. and five of those took the XYZ bus to get there". Obviously the more data they can get, the more useful it is.

Also data can be used after the fact. The highest current priority would be those high risk contacts. But after the fact (with more time to analyze) they could dig a little deeper to see the more general effects (3% of those that said they attended the protests later tested positive). This could be useful info in containing future outbreaks. Similar info would be collected for sporting events, etc.
